against the provisions of this Act. If a majority of the votes cast in the election are
"For Elected School Board," then provisions of this Act shall become effective on
December 1, 1974, but if a majority of the votes cast in the election are "Against
Elected School Board" then the provisions of this Act shall become of no effect
and shall be null and void.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That subject to the
provisions of Section 2 herein and for the sole purpose of authorizing and
providing for the referendum therein required, this Act shall take effect on July 1,
1973.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 354, 355, and 356 of
Article 48A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume,
1972 Supplement), title "Insurance Code," subtitle "Nonprofit Health Service
Plans," to include services rendered by psychologists within nonprofit health
service plans, and generally relating thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 354, 355, and 356 of Article 48A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume, 1972 Supplement), title "Insurance
Code," subtitle "Nonprofit Health Service Plans," be and they are hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

354.

(a) Any corporation without capital stock heretofore or hereafter organized,
under the provisions of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of this
State, for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and operating a nonprofit health
service plan whereby hospital, medical, chiropodial, pharmaceutical, dental,
