(4)  Easements for Public Utilities or Governmental Agencies. Every deed which
conveys a right-of-way or easement to a public utility, public agency, or a
department of the State of Maryland must contain an accurate and definite
description as well as a reference to the liber and folio wherein the servient land
was conveyed and a recitation of the grantors, grantees, and the date of [said]
THE reference deed.

(5)  WORCESTER COUNTY. NO DEED OR DEEDS CONVEYING REAL
ESTATE OR CHATTELS REAL LYING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF
ANY SANITARY DISTRICT OPERATED BY THE WORCESTER
COUNTY SANITARY COMMISSION SHALL BE ACCEPTED BY THE
CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR RECORDING UNLESS THE
DEED OR DEEDS IS MARKED BY THE WORCESTER COUNTY
SANITARY COMMISSION TO INDICATE THAT ALL ASSESSMENTS
OR CHARGES CURRENTLY DUE AND OWED TO THE WORCESTER
COUNTY SANITARY COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO THE
PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE DEED OR DEEDS HAVE BEEN PAID.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new Section 126C be
and it is hereby added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County
(1961 Edition and 1972 Supplement, being Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Worcester County," subtitle "Circuit Court," to follow
immediately after Section 126B thereof, and to read as follows:

126C.

NO DEED OR DEEDS CONVEYING REAL ESTATE OR CHATTELS
REAL LYING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ANY SANITARY
DISTRICT OPERATED BY THE WORCESTER COUNTY SANITARY
COMMISSION SHALL BE ACCEPTED BY THE CLERK OF THE
CIRCUIT COURT FOR RECORDING UNLESS THE DEED OR DEEDS IS
MARKED BY THE WORCESTER COUNTY SANITARY COMMISSION
TO INDICATE THAT ALL ASSESSMENTS OR CHARGES CURRENTLY
DUE AND OWED TO THE WORCESTER COUNTY SANITARY
COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
THE DEED OR DEEDS HAVE BEEN PAID.

effect July 1, 1973.

of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume and 1972
Interim Supplement), title "Real Property," subtitle "Title XII Eminent
Domain," subheading "Subtitle 2. Relocation Assistance," providing for the
payment of certain relocation assistance payments by I [Montgomery County
and the agencies or boards thereof]) Baltimore, Anne Arundel and
Montgomery Counties and the agencies or boards thereof, the Board of
Education of Montgomery County and the Board of Trustees of Montgomery
College.
