(21) For drawing, empanelling and swearing a jury S4.00

(b) The clerks of the various equity courts of this State may charge and shall be
entitled to receive the fees hereinafter set forth for the performance of their duties,
as follows:

(1)   Divorce Cases: $25.00 for docket space for the following cases: Bill for
divorce a mensa et thoro, a vinculo matrimonii: permanent alimony or annulment,
including all papers up to and including the decree. The above charge includes two
(2) copies of the decree. Additional copies of decrees shall be $2.00 each.

(2)  Petition for Adoption: $20.00 for docket space and two copies of decree.
Any additional copies of the decree shall be $2.00 each.

(3)  Petition for Change of Name: $15.00 for docket space and one copy of the
decree. Any additional copies shall be $2.00 each.

(4)   Petition for Appointment of Committee for Inebriate: $15.00 for docket
space.

(5)   Foreclosure Cases: (Real estate) $35.00 for the following docket entries:
Petition for foreclosure; exhibit (mortgage standard form); decree; statement of
mortgage claim; bond; report of sales; ratified nisi order; certificate of publication;
trustees' report of sale finally ratified and confirmed; auditor's report and account;
ratified nisi order and auditor's report and account finally ratified and confirmed.
The above charges include recording and docket space. For any papers filed in the
proceedings, other than those above mentioned, an additional charge of $5.00 per
block shall be charged for docket space; and where the additional papers are to be
recorded, $3.00 per page shall be charged. For any papers filed other than the
above mentioned, an additional charge of $5.00 per block. If case is entered
"satisfied" or "dismissed by order of court" after petition for foreclosure, exhibit
and decree are filed, costs shall be $15.00.

(6)  All cases except those listed above shall be charged at the rate of $30.00 per
page for docket entries. No costs shall be less than $15.00 per case for docket
entries.

(7)  Whenever recording of proceedings is made, the charge for each page shall
be $2.00.

(8)  For recording bonds in any case $4.00.

(9)  For filing claims $1.00.

(10)  For furnishing certificate of "no divorce," $2.50.

(11)  For a copy of any court paper, a charge of $1.00 for certification each shall
be made when a copy is supplied. If copies are made by the clerk, an additional
fee, at the rate of $1.00 per page shall be charged. (Photo copy)]

(A) ADVANCE FILING FEE REQUIRED. THE CLERKS OF THE
CIRCUIT COURTS OF THE COUNTIES AND THE CLERKS OF THE
CIVIL COMMON-LAW AND EQUITY COURTS OF BALTIMORE CITY
SHALL NOT DOCKET ANY SUIT, MATTER, PROCEEDING OR ACTION
AT LAW UNTIL THE PLAINTIFF, OR SOMEONE IN HIS BEHALF,
PAYS AN ADVANCE FILING FEE TO THE CLERK OF THE COURT IN
WHICH THE SUIT, MATTER OR PROCEEDING IS BROUGHT, THE
SUM OF $25.00. ADDITIONAL COSTS IN ANY SUIT, MATTER OR
PROCEEDING SHALL BE PAID TO THE CLERK AS THEY ACCRUE.
