misdemeanor, and upon conviction summarily [before] in a
[justice of the peace] court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined
not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one hundred dollars
($100), or imprisonment for not over thirty days, or be both fined
and imprisoned in the discretion of the [said justice of the peace]
court. In addition to the above penalties, the Board may also seize
and confiscate any misbranded film.

[In all cases arising under this section there may be appeal from
the decision of the magistrate or justice of the peace where the fine
imposed is in excess of fifty dollars ($50.00), or where the penalty
imposed includes any term of imprisonment whatever.]

§ 22. Failure to display approved seal.

If any person shall fail to display or exhibit on the screen the ap-
proval seal, as issued by the Board, of a film or view, which has been
approved, and is convicted summarily [before] in any [magistrate,
or justice of the peace] court of competent jurisdiction, he shall be
sentenced to pay a fine of not less than five dollars and not more
than ten dollar DOLLARS[;] . [in default of payment of a fine and
and costs, the defendant shall be sentenced to imprisonment, in the
prison of the county, or in Baltimore City, where such offense was
committed, for not less than two days and not more than five days.] .
All fines and costs shall be paid in accordance with article ARTICLE
38 §4.

Section 59. And be it further enacted, That Sections 112C(b),
115(c), 119, 121(a), 122, 123, 130, 165D, 176(p), 177(d), 179, 185,
195, 199, 212(d), 213(d), 214, 216, 217, 220, 230, 237, 238, 240, 242,
243, 251, 254, 305, 308, 309, 311, 312, 313, 318, 329, 332, 341, 356, 357,
375D, 399, 411M, 421, 427, 434, 468, 704(g), 716, 717(a),
and 717(n) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supplement), title, "Natural
Resources," subtitles, "Birds, Game and Fish," "Fish and Fish-
eries," "Forests and Parks," "Patuxent River Watershed," "Live-
stock," and "Oysters and Clams," respectively, be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

112C. Regulations relating to taking of living natural resources of
tidal waters, committee of watermen and seafood dealers
or processors.

(b)    Same—Penalty for violation.—It shall be a misdemeanor to
violate such regulation adopted by the Director or any part thereof,
and any person so convicted of such violation shall be fined not less
than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars
($100.00) and may be sentenced to thirty (30) days in jail, either,
or both, in the discretion of the court [or justice of the peace]
before whom said person shall be tried.

§ 115. Powers of Director.

(c)    Same—Penalty for violations.—It shall be a misdemeanor to
violate such regulation adopted by the Commission or Director or any
part thereof, and any person so convicted of such violation shall be
fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one
hundred dollars ($100.00) and may be sentenced to thirty (30)
