[In Talbot County the Circuit Court and trial magistrate shall
have concurrent jurisdiction to hear any violation of this subsection,
and in Howard County the People's Court shall have original juris-
diction to hear any violation of this subsection, any law to the con-
trary notwithstanding.]

(d)    Same—Kent County.—In Kent County, it shall be unlawful
for any person under the age of twenty-one years to possess or have
upon his person any alcoholic beverages except that this provision
shall not apply to such a person who in the regular course of employ-
ment to deliver merchandise and other articles may be called upon
to deliver a sealed container with alcoholic beverages to the person
ordering the same. Any minor having such alcoholic beverages in
his possession as aforesaid shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more
than two hundred dollars or imprisoned in jail for not less than
thirty days or more than ninety days, or be both fined and im-
prisoned in the discretion of the courts.

[The trial magistrate shall have original jurisdiction to hear any
violation of this subsection, any law to the contrary notwithstand-
ing.]

(e)    Same—Wicomico County.—In Wicomico County, it shall be
unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years, except a
bona fide employee in the course of his employment, to possess or have
upon bis person any alcoholic beverages. Any minor having such
alcoholic beverages in his possession as aforesaid shall upon convic-
tion be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more
than fifty dollars ($50.00).

[The trial magistrate shall have original jurisdiction to hear any
violation of this subsection, any law to the contrary notwithstand-
ing.]

(f)    Same—Certain other counties.—In Somerset, Caroline, Dor-
chester, Cecil, Frederick, Washington and Queen Anne's counties,
it shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years
to possess or have upon his person any alcoholic beverages, except a
bona fide employee in the course of his employment. Any minor
having such alcoholic beverages in his possession as aforesaid shall
upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).

[The trial magistrate shall have original jurisdiction to hear any
violation of this subsection, any law to the contrary notwithstand-
ing.]

(m) Purchase, consumption or possession by minor in Calvert
County.—In Calvert County, it shall be unlawful for any minor to buy,
consume, or to have in his possession, any alcoholic beverages in any
public place or on any public highway. The word "minor" shall
apply to every person under twenty-one years of age. It shall be
lawful for any bona fide employee to have alcoholic beverages in his
possession in the course of his employment where the employment is
not prohibited by this article. Any person violating the provisions of
this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars for each
and every violation. [The trial magistrates shall have original
jurisdiction to hear any violation of this subsection, any law to the
contrary notwithstanding.]
