OFFICE OF THE [MARYLAND AIRPORT AUTHORITY]
STATE AVIATION ADMINISTRATION WHICH SHALL BE
OPEN TO INSPECTION BY THE PUBLIC AT ALL TIMES
DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS.
SEC. 12. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT AS OF
THE DATE OF TRANSFER OF TITLE TO THE LAND AND
IMPROVEMENTS COMPRISING FRIENDSHIP INTERNATION-
AL AIRPORT TO THE STATE OF MARYLAND, ALL FULL-
TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE FRIENDSHIP INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT AUTHORITY WHO HAVE BEEN FOR A PERIOD OF
SIX (6) MONTHS OR MORE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING
SAID TRANSFER OF TITLE, REGULARLY EMPLOYED BY
THE AUTHORITY AT THE AIRPORT SHALL BE TRANS-
FERRED WITH NO DIMINUTION OF SALARY TO THE EM-
PLOYMENT OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND, WITH FULL
CREDIT FOR ALL PURPOSES FOR PRIOR YEARS SERVICE
WITH THE CITY OF BALTIMORE AND THE FRIENDSHIP
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY, WITHOUT FUR-
THER EXAMINATION OR QUALIFICATION AND SHALL
BE SUBJECT GENERALLY TO THE PROVISIONS OF
ARTICLE 64A OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARY-
LAND PROVIDED FURTHER, THAT ANY AGREE-
MENTS BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND ANY LABOR
GROUP REPRESENTATIVE OF EMPLOYEES AT THE AIR-
PORT WHICH IS IN EXISTENCE AT THE TIME OF SAID
TRANSFER OF TITLE TO THE STATE OF MARYLAND
SHALL BECOME THE OBLIGATION OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, AND PROVIDED FURTHER THAT NOTHING IN
THIS ACT SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO REQUIRE THE
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE TO SELL
FRIENDSHIP INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO THE STATE
OF MARYLAND.
SEC. 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT ON AND
AFTER THE DATE OF TRANSFER OF TITLE TO THE LAND
AND IMPROVEMENTS COMPRISING FRIENDSHIP INTERNA-
TIONAL AIRPORT FROM THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF BALTIMORE TO THE STATE OF MARYLAND:
(A) ALL BOOKS, FILES, RECORDS, FURNITURE, FIX-
TURES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED
BY OR IN THE CUSTODY OF THE FRIENDSHIP INTERNA-
TIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY SHALL BE TRANSFERRED
TO AND BE IN THE OWNERSHIP AND CUSTODY OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; AND
(B) ALL RULES, REGULATIONS, FORMS, ORDERS AND
DIRECTIVES PROMULGATED BY OR IN EFFECT FOR THE
FRIENDSHIP INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE UNLESS AND UNTIL CHANG-
ED BY THE STATE AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OR THE
SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION; AND
(C) ALL REFERENCES TO THE FRIENDSHIP INTERNA-
TIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY IN THE ANNOTATED CODE
OF MARYLAND, OTHER LAWS, ORDINANCES, RESOLU-
TIONS, RULES, REGULATIONS, DIRECTIVES, LEGAL AC-
