brought into this State shall have been inoculated with hog
cholera serum.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 464 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Livestock," subheading "Swine," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

[Said certificate must show that the swine have been inoculated
with hog cholera serum within thirty days of the date of shipment,
and all] All of said certificates shall be passed upon by the State
Board of Agriculture, or its duly authorized officer. Any person violat-
ing the provisions of this section and Section 463 shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, shall be fined
not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each offense.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(House Bill 929)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 578(b)
of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replace-
ment Volume and 1971 Supplement), title and subtitle "Crimes
and Punishments," subheading "Trespass," to prohibit hunting on
private lands in Baltimore County without the owner's written per-
mission.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 578(b) of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supplement), title and subtitle
"Crimes and Punishments," subheading "Trespass," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments and to read as
follows:
578.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or trespass upon
the property of another for the purpose of hunting deer thereon
during the season for hunting deer with gun, rifle, bow and arrow
or any other means in Baltimore, Wicomico, Somerset, and Talbot
counties, unless the person shall have first secured from the owner
or person in possession of the property written permission to hunt
thereon. Any person hunting deer upon the property of another
shall exhibit his written permission to upon request of any peace
officer of the county or the owner or person in possession. The peace
