Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

CHAPTER 134
(House Bill 325)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 21 of
Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Clerks of Court," subtitle "General Duties
of Clerks," correcting certain errors in the laws relating to
clerks of court.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
that Section 21 of Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Replacement Volume), title "Clerks of Court," subtitle "Gen-
eral Duties of Clerks," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, and to read as follows:

21.

Sections 18, 19, 20 and 21 are enacted for the purpose of au-
thorizing the filing of judgments and decrees of the United States
District Court for the District of Maryland in accordance with
Section [812] 1962 of Title 28 of the United States Code An-
notated.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(House Bill 357)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 128(c)
of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Health," subtitle "Practitioners of Medicine"
providing authority to the Board of Medical Examiners to require
continuing medical education of physicians as a condition to
reregistration.
