Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

(House Bill 299)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1(f)
of Article 75A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Sup-
plements), title "Public Accountancy," correcting certain errors
in the laws relating to public accountancy.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section l(f) of Article 75A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Supplement), title "Public Accountancy," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(f) Receipt and disposition of fees and other moneys.—All fees
and other moneys received by the Board pursuant to any of the pro-
visions of this article shall be deposited with the State Treasurer, and
shall become general funds of the State. Such moneys shall there-
after be disbursed by the Comptroller only pursuant to an appropria-
tion made in accordance with Sections 32 and 52 of Article 3 of the
Constitution or pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1 through 15,
inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title ["Budget and Procure-
ment"] "Budget and Fiscal Planning," as amended from time to time.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

Article 89 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Supplement),
title "Division of Labor and Industry," subtitle "Arbitration of

to the arbitration of labor disputes.
