(b) Left turns.—The driver of a vehicle intending to turn left
at any intersection shall approach the intersection in the extreme
left-hand lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the direction of
travel of such vehicle, and, after entering the intersection, the left
turn shall be made so as to leave the intersection in a lane lawfully
available to traffic moving in such direction upon the roadway being
entered.
(c) The State Highway Administration or local authorities in their
respective jurisdictions may cause official traffic-control devices to
be placed within or adjacent to intersections and thereby require
and direct that a different course from that specified in this section
be travelled by vehicles turning at an intersection, and when such
devices are so placed no driver of a vehicle shall turn a vehicle at an
intersection other than as directed and required by such devices.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(Senate Bill 700)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2-108 (v)
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Decedents' Estates," subtitle "Subtitle II.
The Court," subheading "Part I. The Probate Court," increasing
the allowance for mileage for the judges of the Orphans' Court
of Wicomico County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 2-108 (v) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1969 Replacement Volume), title "Decedents' Estates," sub-
title "Subtitle II. The Court," subheading "Part I. The Probate
Court," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
2-108.
(v) Each of the judges of the court for Wicomico County shall
receive fifteen dollars ($15) for every day's attendance upon the
sessions of the court. Each judge shall also receive an allowance of
[six dollars ($6)] twelve dollars ($12.00) for mileage for every
day's attendance upon the sessions of the court.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.
