tive shall, unless the court extends the time for good cause shown,
proceed to pay the claims allowed against the estate in the order of
priority prescribed in Section 8-105. Any [persons] person with a
valid unbarred claim or with a valid unbarred judgment who has not
been paid as provided herein may petition the court for an order
directing the personal representative to pay the claim to the extent
that funds of the estate are available for such payment.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 122 (a),
187D (b), 329, 387C (c), 387C (d), 387C (e), 568L (a), 568M,
568Q (a), 568Q (b), 572, 573, 581, 766 and 789 (c) of Article 43
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1971 Supplement), title "Health," subtitles, respectively,
"Practitioners of Medicine," "Adulteration of Food and Drink,"
"Plumbing," "Water, Ice and Sewerage," "Health Services Cost
Review Commission," "Milk and Milk Products," "Greater Laurel
Hospital Authority," and "Kidney Disease Program," correcting
certain errors in the laws relating generally to health.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 122 (a), 187D (b), 329, 387C (c), 387C (d), 387C (e),
568L (a), 568M, 568Q (a), 568Q (b), 572, 573, 581, 766 and 789
(c) of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replace-
ment Volume and 1971 Supplement), title "Health," subtitles, re-
spectively, "Practitioners of Medicine," "Adulteration of Food and
Drink," "Plumbing," "Water, Ice and Sewerage," "Health Services
Cost Review Commission," "Milk and Milk Products," "Greater
Laurel Hospital Authority," and "Kidney Disease Program," be and
they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
122.
(a) No person shall practice medicine in this State unless he is
licensed by the Board and is registered in accordance with the pro-
visions of this subtitle except as hereinafter provided.
(b) The following persons may practice without a license, but
subject to rules, regulations and orders of the Board and Com-
mission :
(1) A resident ,[,] physician, intern, or student, or equivalents at
any hospital or office of physician who is engaged in hospital, dis-
pensary, or similar duties.
(2) A physician licensed by and residing in another jurisdiction
when engaged in consultation with a physician in this State.
