TY AS DESCRIBED IN THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUN-
DEL COUNTY, MARYLAND IN LIBER 2181, FOLIO 100;
THENCE BINDING ON THE EASTERN MOST BOUNDARY OF
SAID PROPERTY TO THE SOUTHERN MOST SIDE OF SNUG
HARBOR DRIVE; THE NORTHWESTERLY AND SOUTHWEST-
ERLY BINDING ON SAID ROAD TO THE POINT OF BEGIN-
NING.

(L) MAP NO. 39 T BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED
AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON
SAID MAP AS " (E-51)":

CHANGE THE FLOYD CRUMPTON PROPERTY FROM DD
—DEFERRED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO C1B—COMMU-
NITY RETAIL DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIB-
ED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING FOR THE SAME 1950 FEET
EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SWAMP CIRCLE
ROAD AND RT. 468, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF RT. 468; THENCE
EASTERLY BINDING ON SAID SIDE OF RT. 468 250 FEET,
MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF A PARCEL
OF LAND OWNED BY FLOYD CRUMPTON AS RECORDED
AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY,
MARYLAND, LIBER 1284, FOLIO 120; THENCE SOUTHERLY
AND AT RIGHT ANGLES TO RT. 468 200 FEET; THENCE
WESTERLY 250 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE WEST SIDE
OF SAID PARCEL; THENCE NORTHERLY AND BINDING THE
WESTERN BOUNDARY OF SAID PARCEL TO THE PLACE
OF BEGINNING.

FOR THE SAME AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST SIDE
OF RT. 256 (DEALE-CHURCHTON ROAD) AND THE NORTH-
ERN BOUNDARY OF THAT PROPERTY OWNED BY THEO-
DORE S. GRAPE AND RECORDED IN THE LAND RECORDS
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, LIBER 1158,
FOLIO 134; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY BINDING ALONG
