2400                              County Local Laws

(l) slope setback from property line

BUILDING SETBACK

(c)    Fill placed above the top of an existing or proposed surface
with a slope more steep than three (3) horizontal to one (1) vertical
shall be set back from the top of the slope a minimum distance of
six feet (6').

(d)    The setbacks established by this Section may be increased
by the Department of Inspections and Permits if soil conditions
adversely affect safety or stability or increase the possibility of
damage from water, soil or debris.
