Maryland Rules of Procedure. Any child who has been determined in
need of care or treatment within the provisions of Sections 51
through 90, inclusive, of Article 26 of this Code shall remain under
the continuing jurisdiction of the court in which his case was heard
until that court finally terminates jurisdiction.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(Senate Bill 221)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3 (a) of
Article 76A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Supple-
ment) , title "Public Information," correcting certain errors in the
laws relating to public information.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 3 (a) of Article 76A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Supplement), title "Public Information," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

3.

(a) The custodian of any public records shall allow any person
the right of inspection of such records or any portion thereof except
on one or more of the following grounds or as provided in subsection
(b) or [(d)] (c) of this section:

(i) Such inspection would be contrary to any State statute;

(ii) Such inspection would be contrary to any federal statute or
regulation issued thereunder having the force and effect of law; or

(iii) Such inspection is prohibited by rules promulgated by the
Supreme Court, or by the order of any court of record.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.
