of B. M. & S. W. Thomas for a distance of 1800 feet, more or less, to
County Road No. 231, also known as Barnesville Road; crossing said road
and continuing north 550 feet, more or less, along the boundary line be-
tween Ralph Cooley and Hatton D. & M. P. Brown to a point on the bound-
ary between Hatton D. & M. P. Brown and S. and M. Lindberg; thence in a
northeasterly direction along this boundary for a distance of 700 feet,
more or less, to the northeast corner of the Lindberg property, at its junc-
tion with the boundary of the W. M. Ward estate; thence northwest
through the lands of C. M. Ward estate and along the southern boundary
of the property of James H. Overs for a distance of 450 feet, more or less,
to Maryland Route 109; crossing said road and following the boundary line
between George Claggett and C. L. & D. G. Menke for a distance of 275
feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of the Geo. Claggett property;
thence in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 1350 feet, more or
less, through the lands of G. L. & D. G. Menke to the northeast corner of
the property of E. T. & Z. B. Dixon; thence west following the bound-
ary lines between E. T. & Z. B. Dixon and the Jos. E. Stonestreet estate on
the south, and John A. Hersberger on the north; continuing west through
the lands of John A. Hersberger to the northeast corner of the property
of Mary A. Morningstar; thence west following the boundary lines between
Mary A. Morningstar, Clarence & Lucille C. Offutt, and Wm. T. Kessler
et al. on the south, and John A. Hersberger on the north, to County Road
No. 241, also known as Harris Road; crossing said road and following it in
a northerly direction for a distance of 600 feet, more or less; turning
northwest and continuing with the southern right-of-way of said road for
a, distance of 1800 feet, more or less, to the northernmost corner of the
property of R. L. & E. W. Thurston; thence southwest following the
boundary line between R. L. & E. W. Thurston and Wm. M. & E. L. White
for a distance of 1160 feet, more or less, and west along that same boundary
for a distance of 785 feet, more or less; thence southwest following the
boundary line between R. L. & E. W. Thurston and F. Sprigg and R. S.
Hays to County Road 231; thence easterly with the northern right-of-way
of Route 231 to a point opposite the northwest corner of the property of
Kernan Manion; crossing Rt. 231 at this point and proceeding south along
the western boundary of the property of Kernan Manion and of St. Mary's
Catholic Church to the property of John M. Fink; thence on a straight
line in a southeasterly direction through the lands of John M. Fink to the
point of beginning.
