accordance with the provisions of this subheading, or any person
who uses in connection with his name, or otherwise assumes, uses,
or advertises any title or description tending to convey the im-
pression that he is a Registered Professional Forester, without being
registered or exempted in accordance with the provisions of this
subheading, or any person who presents or attempts to use as his
own the license of another, or any person who gives any false or
forged evidence of any kind to the Board or any member thereof
in obtaining a license, or any person who attempts to use an ex-
pired or revoked license, or any person, firm, partnership, or cor-
poration, who violates any of the provisions of this subheading,
is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than
five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
All fines collected for the violation of any provision of this Act
shall be paid over to the Board and shall be placed in the "Regis-
tered Professional Foresters Fund" in the same manner as funds
received from the issuance of licenses.

If any provision of this subheading or the application thereof to
any person or circumstances is held to be invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, it is hereby declared to be the legislative
intent that the invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other
provision or of such application to other persons or circumstances.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 69 (f) of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement
Volume, 1971 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle
"Revocation and Suspension of Licenses" to provide that in Prince
George's County the Board of License Commissioners shall have
the power to revoke or suspend a new license if not placed in opera-
tion after six months from issuance AND TO ELIMINATE CER-
TAIN OBSOLETE LANGUAGE WITH REFERENCE TO THE
COURT SYSTEM IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 69(f) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume, 1971 Supplement) title "Alcoholic Bev-
erages," subtitle "Revocation and Suspension of Licenses" be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
