and permission to enter may be granted by the written consent of the
owner.

410R.

To facilitate a method of providing written consent, the Secretary
of Natural Resources shall distribute permission cards, to be avail-
able to the public and to the landowners.

(a) One side of the card shall read:
PERMISSION TO ENTER

I hereby grant the person named on the reverse side permission to
enter upon my property, subject to the terms of the agreement, on
the following dates:

(b) The reverse side shall read:
AGREEMENT

In return for the privilege of entering upon the private property
for recreational or educational purposes (as defined in Article 66C,
Sec. 410K, Annotated Code of Md.), I agree to adhere to the laws,
to observe all safety precautions and practices, to take every precau-
tion against fire, and to assume all responsibility and liability for
my person and my property, while on the landowner's property.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

CHAPTER 580
(House Bill 1040)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 65 of
Article 88A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replace-
ment Volume and 1970 Supplement), title "Social Services Admin-
istration," subtitle "Old Age Assistance," to eliminate one year's
residence as a requirement for Old Age Assistance.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 65 of Article 88A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1969 Replacement Volume and 1970 Supplement), title "Social Serv-
ices Administration," subtitle "Old Age Assistance," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

65.

Assistance shall be granted under this article to any person who
(a) Is 65 years of age or older.
