36.08.00.03 Teacher Education Scholarships

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the Treas-
ury Department to eligible institutions on
transmittal from the State Scholarship Board
in accordance with regulations prescribed by
said Board and the provisions of Article 77A,
Section 57 of the 1957 Annotated Code and
the 1971 Cumulative Supplement. This ap-
propriation is contingent upon the eligible
colleges complying with the provisions of
Article 85A of the 1957 Annotated Code.

36.08.00.05 Legislative Scholarships

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the Treas-
ury Department to eligible institutions on
transmittal from the State Scholarship Board
in accordance with regulations prescribed by
said Board and the provisions of Article 77A,
Sections 33 through 37 inclusive of the 1957
Annotated Code and the 1971 Cumulative
Supplement. This appropriation is contingent
upon the eligible colleges complying with the
provisions of Article 85A of the 1957 Annota-
ted Code.

36.08.00.06 Medical Scholarships

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the Treas-
ury Department to the University of Mary-
land School of Medicine, on transmittal from
the State Scholarship Board in accordance
with regulations prescribed by said Board and
the provisions of Article 77A, Section 61 of
the 1957 Annotated Code of Maryland, and the
1971 Cumulative Supplement. This appropri-
ation is contingent upon the school complying
with the provisions of Article 85A, Section 16
of the 1957 Annotated Code.

Disabled Veterans
