(d) The obtaining of a license under this section shall conclu-
sively subject the person to all provisions of Maryland law.

5-703.

(a)    Application for a manufacturer's, distributor's, or factory
branch's license shall be made upon the form prescribed by the
Administration.

(b)    The application shall state the name of the applicant, the
address of the principal place of business of the applicant and the
address of each place from which the applicant makes substantial
contacts with dealers in the State of Maryland, the nature of the
business to be conducted at each address, and other information as
required by the Administration.

(c)    Each applicant shall submit the following with his applica-
tion:

(1)    A copy of the applicant's new motor vehicle warranty, or
warranties, if any, certified as correct and current.

(2)    A copy of any basic document which is utilized by the appli-
cant as the basis of agreements with dealers, together with a list of
dealers who hold an unexpired appointment as such from the
applicant in the State of Maryland.

(3)    A copy of any obligations of dealers with respect to the
preparation and delivery of Class A or Class B vehicles, which shall
constitute the dea
ler's only responsibility for product liability as
between the dealer and the manufacturer.

(4) A statement of the compensation the applicant agrees to pay
any dealer for parts supplied and labor performed by the dealer under
the preparation and delivery obligations referred to in Section 5-703
(c)(3) or under any outstanding new vehicle warranty.

(d)    Every application shall be signed and certify that the in-
formation given thereon is true and correct. The signature shall be
that of the applicant if the applicant is an individual, or if the appli-
cant is a partnership or corporation, the signature shall be that of a
partner or officer thereof, or other duly designated and authorized
representative.

(e)    Every application shall be accompanied by the fee required
by this part, and, if the provisions of Section 3-113.8, apply, the
application shall be accompanied by a bond.

(f)    The information required to be submitted by the applicant
is continuing in nature and any change in the information shall be
reported by the applicant to the Department within thirty (30)
days after the change is made.

5-704.

(a) Every licensee shall pay an annual license fee to the Depart-
for each registration year or part thereof during which the license
is to be valid.
