(23) Wicomico County: $1200. for each member of the board,
plus an additional sum of $300. for the chairman of the board.
(24) Worcester County: $800. for each member of the board, plus
an additional sum of $200. for the chairman of the board.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of this
Act shall not be construed to extend or apply to the salaries of the
members of the Board of Supervisors of Elections of St. Mary's
County in office on the effective date of this Act, but the provisions
of this Act concerning the salaries of the members of the Board of
Supervisors of Elections of St. Mary's County shall take effect at
the beginning of the next following term of office.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That subject to the provisions
of Section 2 herein, this Act shall take effect on July 1, 1972.

(Senate Bill 727)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 33 of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement
Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Local Licenses
and License Provisions," to provide for the issuance of a certain
alcoholic beverage license in a certain Election District of Fred-
erick County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 33 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle
"Local Licenses and License Provisions," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
33.
In Frederick County, (1) no license for the sale of alcoholic
beverages authorized by this article shall be issued for any place
of business located in any of the following election districts of said
county: Catoctin (6th), Hauvers (10th), Jackson (16th), Linganore
(19th), Tuscarora (21st), and Ballenger (23rd).
(2) A, B, and C licenses for the sale of beer only, as authorized
by this article, shall be issued for places of business located in any
