(D) NOTICE TO LICENSEES.—WHENEVER THE COMMIS-
SION REVOKES THE LICENSE OF ANY PERSON, AND NO
APPEAL TO THE PROPER COURT HAS BEEN FILED WITH-
IN THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR SUCH APPEALS, THE COM-
MISSION SHALL THEN MAIL A WRITTEN NOTICE OF SUCH
REVOCATION TO ALL LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKERS
UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.
(E) NOTICE TO LICENSING AUTHORITY OF OTHER STATE
OR DISTRICT.—WHERE THE LICENSE OF A NONRESIDENT
IS SO SUSPENDED OR REVOKED THE COMMISSION SHALL
ALSO SEND WRITTEN NOTICE, STATING THE CAUSE FOR
SUCH REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION, TO THE REAL ES-
TATE COMMISSION OR LICENSING AUTHORITY (IF ANY)
IN THE STATE OR DISTRICT OF WHICH SUCH NONRESI-
DENT LICENSEE IS A RESIDENT. SUCH NOTICES MAILED
WITH THE NEXT QUARTERLY DIRECTORY AS REQUIRED
IN SECTION 226 OF THIS SUBTITLE SHALL BE DEEMED
ADEQUATE NOTICE TO LICENSEES.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section SEC-
TIONS 568-O (a) , 568U, AND 568W of Article 43 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1971
Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Health Services Cost Re-
view Commission," amending the time period within which insti-
tutions under the jurisdiction of the Health Services Cost Review
Commission must adopt a uniform system of accounting and
financial reporting , AND THE TIME PERIOD WHEN THE
COMMISSION SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO SET RATES.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 568-O (a) of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supplement), title
"Health," subtitle "Health Services Cost Review Commission," be
