904 Laws of Maryland [Ch. 425
1. The Comptroller, immediately upon the sale OF and payment of
FOR said bonds, first, shall return to and credit the Treasury for a
sum equivalent to the amount expended under Section 4 of this Act.
2. The remainder of the proceeds of such loan shall be credited
on the books of the State Comptroller, to be expended as needed by
the State, upon approval by the Board of Public Works, for the
following needs, purposes and projects, and amounts listed below being
intended to include Architects' and Engineers' fees where applicable:
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LOAN OF 1971:
(A) Board of Public Works:
(1) Annapolis:
(a) To supplement (I) the ap-
propriation "Construction
of a new Court of Appeals
Building—Annapolis" as
shown on page 626 of the
Acts of 1968, Section 10 of
Chapter 435 of the Acts of
1968 having been waived by
Chapter 512 of the Acts of
1970 to provide that the
time within which the cap-
ital improvements set forth
in Section 10 of said Chap-
ter 435 must be placed
under contract be extended
for an additional period of
two years from June 1,
1968; (II) the appropria-
tion "Construction of a
Natural Resources Building
and a Heating Plant—An-
napolis" as shown on page
992 of the Acts of 1969;
(III) the appropriation
"Construction of a new
Court of Appeals Building
—Annapolis, etc." as shown
on page 992 of the Acts of
1969; (IV) the appropria-
tion "Site preparation and
installation of water,
sewers, roads, parking,
lighting, drainage, walks,
etc. for the 18± acre site
at Rowe Boulevard and
Taylor Avenue" as shown
on page 992 of the Acts of
1969; (V) the appropria-
tion "Construction of a new
Court of Appeals Building
—Annapolis, etc." as shown
on page 330 of the Acts of
