Class B or Class D License, with twenty (20) lanes or more, to stay
open for bowling and serving food until a specified hour.; PRO-
VIDED, HOWEVER, THAT ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BE
KEPT UNDER LOCK AND KEY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
2:00 AM. AND 6:00 A.M. No person under the age of eighteen (18)
is allowed on the premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6 a.m.,
unless accompanied by spouse, parent or guardian. The cost for this
license is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each year, in addition to
the regular license fee, to be paid the first of May, payable to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

(House Bill 758)
AN ACT to add new subsection (k) to Section 28 of Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Local Licenses and License
Provisions," to follow immediately after subsection (j) thereof;
and to add new subsection (h) to Section 41 of Article 2B of
said Code (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages,"
subtitle "General Provisions on Issue of Licenses," to follow
immediately after subsection (g) thereof, to establish a new
license in Anne Arundel County covering "on sales" of beer,
wine and liquor at resort complexes, setting out the conditions
and cost thereof, exempting the holder from the provisions on
special Sunday licenses, subjecting the holder to all laws, rules
and regulations not inconsistent with this subsection and exempting
the holder from the provision forbidding no more than one license
per person or premise.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new subsection (k) be and it is hereby added to Section 28
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Supplement),
title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Local Licenses and License
Provisions," to follow immediately after subsection (j) thereof;
and that new subsection (h) be and it is hereby added to Section 41
of Article 2B of said Code (1968 Replacement Volume), title
"Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "General Provisions on Issue of
Licenses," to follow immediately after subsection (g) thereof, and
all to read as follows:

(k) In Anne Arundel County the Board of License Commissioners
is authorized to approve the issue of a license, to be known as a
resort complex license, covering "on sales" of beer, wine and liquor
to any person, without further residential, voting or locative quali-
fications, for the sale of any and all alcoholic beverages within the
