County, for reasonable periods during the period in which discounts
of taxes are allowed, and [said collector] the treasurer, or bonded
employees shall sit for at least three (3) days during such period,
at some convenient location in the Towns of Frostburg, Midland,
Lonaconing, Barton, Westernport, Mt. Savage, and Flintstone, and
at such other locations and for such hours as the said County Com-
missioners may determine.
(b) It shall be the duty of the [collector] treasurer in his visits
to the different election districts of the County for the purposes of
collecting and receiving the State and County taxes, and at all other
times, to inform himself by all lawful means of all property, stock or
investments in said County liable to taxation, and not included in the
last revised list of assessments, and of all buildings and improvements,
and of all property created or acquired since said revised assess-
ment, and he shall report the same to the County Commissioners.
(c) All fees legally charged and collected [by the Tax Collector]
shall be remitted in their entirety to the Treasurer of Allegany
County.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

CHAPTER 320
(House Bill 723)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 220 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Game and Freshwater Fish,"
to provide that the angler's license need not be displayed while
fishing.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 220 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Game and Fresh-
water Fish," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
220.
Any resident of the State of Maryland found guilty of fishing or
fishing for any species of fish in nontidal waters without having
first procured an angler's license [and having said license displayed
on person at time of said fishing,] or for refusing to show said
license when demanded by the Director or any wildlife officer, sheriff,
constable, or other officer or landowner or his representative [or fail-
ing to display license on person where it is visible at all times,] or
violating any of the other provisions of this subheading, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before
