or construction, or any part of it, proceeds or is allowed to stand.]

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 207A and
207D of Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, 1965 Replacement Volume, 1970 Supplement), title "Gov-
ernor—Executive and Administrative Departments," subtitle "The
Department of Transportation," and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sections 2 (a), 2 (b), 4 and 6 (b) of Article 64B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1968 Replacement
Volume, 1970 Supplement), AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 526
OF THE ACTS OF 1970, title "Metropolitan Transit District,"
to change the name of the Public Transit Administration and
Public Transit Administrator to the Mass Transit Administration
and Mass Transit Administrator.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 207A and 207D of Article 41 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1965 Replacement Volume, 1970 Supple-
ment), title "Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments,"
subtitle "The Department of Transportation," be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, all to read as follows:

207A.

The following Boards, Commissions, Administrations and Agencies
shall be included within the Department of Transportation: The
State Aviation Administration established pursuant to Section 207B
of this Article, the Maryland Port Administration established pur-
suant to Section 207C of this Article, the Maryland Airport Zoning
Board established pursuant to Section 21 (a) of Article 62C of this
Code, the Airport Zoning Commission established pursuant to Section
21 (f) of Article 62C of this Code, the Board of Airport Zoning
Appeals established pursuant to Section 21 (j) of Article 62C of
this Code, the State [Public] Mass Transit Administration estab-
lished pursuant to Section 207D of this Article, the State Motor
Vehicle Administration established pursuant to Section 207E of this
Article, the Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund Board, the State
Highway Administration established pursuant to Section 207F of
this Article, the State Roads Commission, and such other boards,
commissions, administrations, agencies or units of government as
may hereafter pursuant to law be declared to be part of the Depart-
ment of Transportation.
