Caroline County to sell alcoholic beverages between the hours of 12
o'clock noon and 12 o'clock midnight on Sunday, and for Class C
(clubs), beer, wine and liquor licensees in Caroline County to sell
alcoholic beverages between the hours of 12 o'clock midnight and
2 o'clock a.m. and between 12 o'clock noon and 12 o'clock midnight
on Sunday. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section and
Section 95B of this article, it is lawful for Class C (on-sale) (clubs)
beer, beer and light wine, or beer, wine and liquor licensees in Cecil
County to permit the use and consumption of alcoholic beverages
between the hours of 1 o'clock p.m. and 7 o'clock p.m. on Sunday. In
Worcester County the prohibition of this section shall not be appli-
cable to Class B beer, wine and liquor licenses regulated by the
provisions of Section 106 of this article. Where the provisions of
this section are in conflict with Sections 89 and 99 of this Article for
Harford County Sections 89 and 99 shall govern.

(3) Except that in Talbot County it shall be lawful between the
hours of 2:00 o'clock p.m. and 10:00 o'clock p.m. on Sunday for a
Class B or C, beer licensee to sell beer and a Class B or C, beer, wine,
and liquor licensee to sell beer, wine and liquor, provided that these
alcoholic beverages are consumed on the premises in the course of a
meal.

99.

In Harford County, notwithstanding any other provision of this
subtitle, licensees under this article shall only sell, offer for sale, or
dispense the beverages defined in this article, between the hours of
8 o'clock a.m. and 1 o'clock a.m. on weekdays and shall not sell such
beverages during any other hours or at any time on Sundays unless
that Sunday is New Year's Day.
No beer or light wine shall be
permitted to be drunk on the premises of a licensee after fifteen (15)
minutes following the closing hours prescribed in this section except
that any restaurant, hotel or private club holding a beer, wine or
other alcoholic beverage license as provided in Sections 20(h-2) and
19(f-2) of Article 2B may serve [such] those alcoholic beverages
during the hours of 1 o'clock p.m. and 10 o'clock p.m. on Sunday.
[; and whenever] Whenever New Year's Eve falls on Saturday [such]
those licensees may sell [such] their beverages and remain open
for [one hour] two hours past midnight, and if New Year's Eve
falls on a Sunday [such] those licensees may open at 1 o'clock p.m.
and close at [one hour] two hours past midnight as noted in Sec-
tions 89 and 90 of this Article.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

of Talbot County (1930 Edition, being Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Talbot County," subtitle
