for which it is the security, as a release executed by the named
trustees, provided there is attached to or endorsed upon the note
[or notes] an affidavit of [ownership by the holder specifically setting
forth the record of recordation of the real property and, by liber and
folio, specifying wherein the deed of trust is recorded.] the party
making satisfaction, that it has been paid or satisfied, and specifically
setting forth the land record reference where the original deed of
trust is recorded, which affidavit may be substantially in the follow-
ing form:

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

(Senate Bill 391)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 69(d-l)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Revocation
and Suspension of Licenses," and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 137 of the same article and title, subtitle
"Taxation," changing the mandatory revocation of a license in
Garrett County for certain grounds to a permissive suspension
of such license by the board for a period not to exceed one year;
and providing that the county taxes on beer in Garrett County
shall be paid to the Liquor Control Board of said county instead
of to the Board of County Commissioners.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 69(d-l) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," sub-
title "Revocation and Suspension of Licenses," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and that Section 137
of said Article and title, subtitle "Taxation," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, all to read as follows:
