Section 13-315.28Particulate Matter from Materials Handling and Con-
struction

No person shall cause, suffer, allow or permit any materials to be han-
dled, transported or
stored; a building, its appurtenances, or a road, to be
constructed, altered, repaired or demolished without taking reasonable
precaution to
prevent particulate matter from becoming airborne.

M2 W2—Light Industrial Districts
SECTION 13-316A—IN GENERAL

M2 W2 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS SHALL PROVIDE FOR
LIGHT MANUFACTURING, FABRICATING, WAREHOUSING AND
WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTING, LOCATED ON ARTERIAL ROADS,
WHICH MAY BE SERVED WITH RAILROAD OR WATER ACCESS.
THE USES SET FORTH SHALL BE LOCATED ADJACENT TO
MEDIUM INTENSITY DEVELOPMENT AREAS, AND SHALL BE
PROVIDED WITH PUBLIC WATER AND SEWER. SCREENING BUF-
FERS AROUND SUCH DISTRICTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO PER-
MIT A BUFFER FOR NON-INDUSTRIAL USE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 13-301.11.

Section 13-316—Uses Permitted

The following uses (and the accessory structures or uses customarily
incidental thereto) shall be permitted in M2 W2 Light Industrial Districts:

(1)     Adhesive products (manufacturing).

(2)     Aircraft parts (manufacturing).
(3) Antenna towers.

(4)   (3)     Apparel and other finished products (manufacturing).

(5)  (4)     Artisans' and craft work.

(6)   (5)     Automotive parts (manufacturing).

(7)  (6)     Bakery goods (manufacturing).

(8)   (7)     Beverage (manufacturing).

(9)   (8)     Blueprinting and photostating establishments.

(10) (9) Boats less than sixty-five feet (65') in length (manufac-
turing and repairing).

(11) (10) Bookbinding.
