(3)    Child care homes (less than six (6) children).

(4)    Dwellings, one family detached.

(5)    Dwellings, semi-detached.

(6)    Dwellings, two (2) family detached.

(7)    Dwellings, multiple family.

(8)    Golf courses.

(9)    Libraries, museums, and similar institutions of a non-
commercial nature.

(10)    Private educational institutions.

(11)    Professional offices.

(12)    Rooming houses.

(13)    Signs, permanent and temporary, in accordance with the pro-
visions of Article IX.

(14)    Swimming pools for the exclusive use of residents of any
dwelling located on the same site.

(b) The following uses shall be permitted in R-15 Low Density
Multi-Family Districts only in accordance with the conditions hereinafter
set forth (in addition to the other provisons of this Heading):

(1) Bona fide, non-profit eleemosynary and philanthropic institu-
tions in accordance with the provisions of Section 13-303.1(b)(l)(i),
(ii) and (iii).

(2) Community beaches, provided:

(i) No accessory stands for the sale of food or drinks shall be
located within one hundred feet (100') of a residential zoning lot, the total
floor area of all such stands shall not exceed two hundred (200) square
feet per ten thousand (10,000) square feet of beach area, and no other
building shall be located at a distance of less than fifty feet (50') from any
lot line.

(ii) No boats shall be anchored, docked or moored in connection
with such use (except those used by lifeguards to patrol swimming areas).
Beaches with boat anchorage, docking or mooring facilities shall comply
with the provisions of this subtitle governing marinas.

(3)    Country clubs, private clubs and service organizations in ac-
cordance with the provisions of Section 13-303.1(b) (1).

(4)    Helipads (only if accessory to the main use).

(5)    Hospitals, in accordance with the provisions of Section 13.303.1

(6)    Medical and dental clinics, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 13-306.1 (b) (3).

(7)    Private residential piers, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 13-301.17.

(8)    Planned Unit Development, in accordance with the provisions of
Article XI.
