2470                               County Local Laws

THAN TWENTY-FIVE FEET (25') FROM THE NEAREST PROP-
ERTY LINE, NOR LESS THAN FIFTY FEET (50') FROM ANY
DWELLING IN EXISTENCE ON ANY OTHER PROPERTY. In

addition:

(1)    Livestock (including horses, ponies, cattle, swine or fowl) shall
not be located on a lot with an area of less than one (1) acre; and horses,
ponies, cattle and swine may not be kept on a lot having an area measuring
less than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet per animal.

(2)    Chickens, rabbits RABBITS, CHICKENS or other similar fowls
or small animals shall not be limited; but for every increment of twenty-
five (25) such animals above fifty (50), the accessory building or use
setback requirements shall be increased by ten feet (10') for all yards.

(3)    Manure shall be stored not less than fifty feet (50') from any lot
line, and not less than one hundred feet (100') from any dwelling.

(4)    All livestock shall be fenced; fences shall be located not less than
ten feet (10') THREE FEET (3') from all property lines.

(e) Accessory uses attached to the principal structure shall be sub-
ject to the yard requirements set forth in Section 13-303.4.

Section 13-303.6—Minimum Lot Frontage at Building Line

The width of each lot at the front building line shall be not less than
one hundred fifty feet (150') and the frontage for access along an existing
or proposed County streets OR STREETS PROPOSED ON ANY
RECORDED PLAT, IN ANY APPROVED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, OR IN THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MASTER PLAN
OF TRANSPORTATION shall be not less than eighteen feet (18').

Section 13-303.7—Building Height Limits

Principal structures shall not exceed forty-five feet (45') nor more
than three (3) stories in height; and accessory structures shall not exceed
twenty-five feet (25') in height.

R1—Residential Districts
Section 13-304—Uses Permitted

With the exception of fish and game hatcheries, forestry, private
camps and wildlife preserves, all uses permitted in Section 13-303.1 shall
be permitted in R1—Residential Districts.

Section 13-304.1—Special Exceptions

The following uses shall be permitted in Rl—Residential Districts, as
special exceptions:

(1)    Mobile homos HOME PARKS.

(2)    All uses set forth in Section 13 302.3 13-303.2 except animal
hospitals,
kennels, and sand, gravel, burrow BORROW and claypits.

Section 13-304.2—Area Requirements

(a)    Each principal structure and its accessory structures and uses
shall be located on a lot having an area not less than forty thousand (40,000)
square feet.

(b)    Not more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the net area of said
lot may be covered by structures (including accessory structures).
