water main. Said water main shall be constructed in accordance with the
drawings, plans and specifications of said project referred to and incor-
porated herein by reference. In particular said water main is to be con-
structed in accordance with the designations and specifications on drawing
S-2.

2.    SEWER: C. William Hetzer, Inc., will connect unto the now
existing sewerage facilities of the Town of Williamsport at Man Hole #13
on U. S. Route 11; thence construct said sewer line in a northerly direction
on Shawnee Terrace; thence westerly on Oak Tree Lane to man hole
#5 A as shown on drawing S-2 and incorporated herein by reference which
is proposed to be constructed. Thence northwestwardly to the property line
of C. William Hetzer, Inc. as shown on the drawing and commonly referred
to as Phase 1. Said property line would be the area north of Oak Tree Lane
as shown on said drawings.

3.    FIRE HYDRANTS: Fire Hydrants and connections and all other
facilities as shown and designated in the plans and specifications and
drawing S-2 shall be installed by C. William Hetzer, Inc.

4.    C. William Hetzer, Inc., and his designees, assignees, or successors,
and/or C. William Hetzer, his grantees, designees, heirs, successors or
assigns, shall obtain all necessary County or State permits, rights of way or
easement over the land wherein said water, sewer lines, streets, curbs
and other facilities are to be constructed in order to connect and join with
the present water and sewer lines of the Town of Williamsport.

5.    Upon satisfactory completion of the first phase of the project
referred to herein, C. William Hetzer, Inc., and/or C. William Hetzer,
their grantees, assignees, heirs, or designees, shall dedicate and grant all
entrance roads, curbs, gutters, fire hydrants, water and sewer lines, rights
of ways, and easements and any other facilities in said area shown on
the plats unto the Town of Williamsport, Maryland. Upon said acquisition
of said items by the Town of Williamsport, the Town of Williamsport
shall thereafter maintain said facilities in accordance with its usual customs
and in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, the Charter
for the Town of Williamsport and the ordinances and regulations of said
Town.

6.    All of the items above referred to are subject to inspection and
final approval and acceptance by the consulting engineer of the Town of
Williamsport, Maryland. All work shall be done in accordance with the
plans and specifications referred to above and incorporated herein by
reference.

7.    All other facilities, utilities, roads, curbs, lighting facilities or
any other necessary fixtures shall be constructed at the expense of C.
William Hetzer, Inc. and/or C. William Hetzer, and the Town of Williams-
port, Maryland, shall have no further expense now or in the future other
than the sums referred to above in connection with the development and
annexation of the geographical area in question.

IT IS FURTHER AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD BETWEEN THE
PARTIES HERETO THAT THEY WILL EXECUTE SUCH ADDI-
TIONAL DOCUMENTS OR AGREEMENTS WHICH MAY BE RE-
QUIRED TO CARRY OUT FULLY AND COMPLY WITH THE TERMS
OF THIS AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION OF
THE AREA IN QUESTION.
