In addition to appropriation shown
on page 9 of the printed bill, to
provide for a State Scholarship
Program for children attending
approved non-public schools in
accordance with and contingent
upon the enactment of Senate Bill
331. In the event that this bill is

not enacted or is petitioned to

referendum, or does not become

effective by July 1, 1971, for any

other reason, then these funds

are appropriated to the Board of

Public Works for use by said

Board as part of the General

Emergency Fund to be used for
other General Funded State pro-

grams (such as Capital Pay as-

you-go items, additional cost of
Social Security, funds needed be-
cause of the increased State
Share of Current Expense pro-
grams) in accordance with the
approval of the Board of Public

Works.
