The Board of County Commissioners of Harford County may bor-
row funds for paying part or all of the capital construction costs of
public library buildings in Harford County; and they may issue
bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness for the repayment of
any such borrowed funds, and may levy for payments of principal
and of interest on these evidences of indebtedness.

MARYLAND (1970 SUPPLEMENT), TITLE "REVENUE AND
TAXES," SUBTITLE "WHAT SHALL BE TAXED AND
WHERE," TO FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUBSECTION
(71) THEREOF, AND TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
(72) REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY
ANY PUBLIC LIBRARY SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
CHAPTER 16 OF ARTICLE 77 OF THIS CODE AND ACTUALLY
USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR AND NECESSARY FOR LIBRARY
PURPOSES.
Sec. 2 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on July 1, 1971.
