nections of gas appliances for domestic purposes. The said Board of
Commissioners shall prescribe rules and regulations for the issuance
of a certificate, on a reciprocal basis, to any plumber presenting a
master plumber's certificate issued by a board or agency of any
subdivision or official body of this State, for the current year, when
the standards of competency or fitness established by such board or
agency are equal to or more than the requirements of said Board
of Commissioners, and such applicant shall pay the fees provided by
this subtitle and deposit the bond required by said Board of
Commissioners.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

AN ACT to amend Section 6 of Chapter 759 of the Acts of 1967
being the General Construction Loan of 1967 and to amend Sec-
tion 6 of Chapter 435 of the Acts of 1968, being the General
Construction Loan of 1968, to provide that any unexpended funds
in the budget of the Department of Chesapeake Bay Affairs shall
be used for soil erosion control projects in Ocean City, North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach located in Worcester and Calvert
APPROPRIATED FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF CHESA-
PEAKE BAY AFFAIRS MAY BE USED FOR SHORE ERO-
SION CONTROL PROJECTS IN WORCESTER, TALBOT,
QUEEN ANNE'S, AND CALVERT Counties and to amend Sec-
tion 5 of Chapter 444 of the Acts of 1969, being the Shore Erosion
Control Loan of 1969, to provide for the expenditure of any unused
funds for soil erosion control projects in Ocean City, North Beach
and Chesapeake Beach of Worcester and Calvert Counties. SHORE
EROSION CONTROL PROJECTS IN THESE SAME COUN-
TIES.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 6 of Chapter 759 of the Acts of 1967 being the General
Construction Loan of 1967, and Section 6 of Chapter 435 of the
Acts of 1968, being the General Construction Loan of 1968, and Sec-
tion 5 of Chapter 444 of the Acts of 1969, being the Shore Erosion
Control Loan of 1969, be and they are hereby amended REPEALED
AND RE-ENACTED, WITH AMENDMENTS, and all to read as
follows:

And be it further enacted, That all unexpended funds remaining
from completed projects authorized under this Act shall, with the
exception of funds remaining in the budget of the Department of
Chesapeake Bay Affairs, be transferred to the Annuity Bond Fund
and shall be applied to the debt service requirements of the State,
said transfer to be made one year after the date of the final accept-
