Sec. 10. And be it further enacted, That new Section 150 be and
it is hereby added to Article 21 of said Code (1966 Replacement
Volume and 1970 Supplement), title "Conveyancing," to follow im-
mediately after Section 149 thereof and to be under the new subtitle
"British Statutes," and to read as follows:

Except to the extent that any of the British Statutes in force in
Maryland on July 4, 1776, have been enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, either by this Act or by any other Act or Acts
in force on July 1, 1971, the following British Statutes are hereby
declared by the General Assembly of Maryland no longer to be in
force in Maryland:
