from motor vehicle revenue to pay the State
Roads Commission Toll Facilities Department
for the use of the State's toll facilities by the
ambulance equipment of volunteer fire com-
panies and other nonprofit agencies of the
State in the movement of sick or injured per-
sons and by organized groups of school chil-
dren on visits to public buildings such as the
State Capitol, etc. to be spent under the direc-
