29.01.01.01 General Administration

The Secretary of Transportation may assign
and reassign functions, staff, funds, responsi-
bilities, duties and powers from any one Ad-
ministration, Commission or Agency within
the Department of Transportation to any
other Administration, Commission or Agency
within the Department and/or to his own
office. However, this subsection shall not
apply to the Boards, Commissions, etc. spe-
cifically exempted by Section 208(d) of
Article 90B of the Code. The above transfers,
if necessary, are to be effected by approved
budget amendment.
