voter, taxpayer or resident of the State of Maryland shall not apply
when three (3) principal officers of a corporation make application
for a Class G license. Nothing in this section shall apply to "race
track licenses" or to "beach and amusement park licenses" issued
in Anne Arundel County. In the case of a Close Corporation, where
there are less than three officers of the corporation, all officers shall
make the application as provided in this section OR DIRECTORS
OF THE CORPORATION, ALL OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS, AS
THE CASE MAY BE, SHALL MAKE THE APPLICATION AS
PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION. IN THE EVENT THERE ARE
NO OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION, AT
LEAST ONE STOCKHOLDER SHALL MAY MAKE THE APPLI-
CATION AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, IF THERE IS AN
AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF THE STOCKHOLDERS HOLDING A
MAJORITY OF THE STOCK.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

AN ACT to add new Section 700 (n) of Article 66C of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume), title "Natural
Resources," subtitle "Oysters and Clams," relating to the taking
or catching of oysters in the waters of Queen Anne's County AND
WICOMICO AND KENT COUNTIES.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 700 (n) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume) title "Natural Resources,"
subtitle "Oysters and Clams," be and it is hereby added to follow
after Section 700 (m) thereof, to read as follows:
700.
(n) It shall be unlawful to have patent tong heads on board a
boat when shaft tonging in Queen Anne's County AND WICOMICO
AND KENT COUNTIES Waters.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.
