(1) (L) It shall be unlawful to take or catch oysters by tongs or
patent tongs except during the tonging season which shall begin on
the fifteenth day of September in each year and end on the thirty-
first day of March next succeeding, except in the following waters
where the tonging season shall be as follows:
Worcester County January 1 to December 31, inclusive.
In the waters of Talbot County
not worked in common with any
other county and in the waters of
Anne Arundel, Kent and Queen
Anne's Counties, but not including
the waters of the Chesapeake Bay,
and in the Dorchester County
AND WICOMICO COUNTY
waters [OF THE CHOPTANK
RIVER] until April 16, [1970]
1971
September 15, to April 15, inclusive.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health and safety and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 525
(House Bill 357)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 130(h)
of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Supple-
ment), title "Health," subtitle "Practitioners of Medicine," to in-
clude in the definition of unprofessional conduct the practice of
physicians agreeing with clinical or bioanalytical laboratories to
make payments to such laboratories without disclosing to the
patient or third party payors the name of the laboratory, the
amount charged by PAID TO the laboratory for tests or test series,
and the amount of the physician's procurement or processing
charge.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 130(h) of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1970 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Practitioners of
Medicine," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

(h) When the Commission has completed its investigation ac-
