the provisions of this section.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on December 7, 1970.

(House Bill 359)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 36, Sub-
section 9(f) of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), (1964 Replacement Volume and 1969 Supple-
ment), title "Workmen's Compensation," subtitle "Claims and
Compensation; Benefits," to correct an error in drafting in the
laws concerning workmen's compensation.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 36, Subsection 9(f) of Article 101 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), (1964 Replacement Volume and
1969 Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation," subtitle
"Claims and Compensation; Benefits," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(9)(f) This [section] subsection shall apply only to injuries
occurring on or after July 1, 1968.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

CHAPTER 52
(House Bill 368)
AN ACT to add a new Section 37(c) to Article 77 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume), title "Public Ed-
ucation," subtitle "Chapter 4. County Boards of Education," to
follow immediately after Section 37 (b) thereof providing for the
reimbursement for certain traveling and other expenses of the
County Board of Education in Talbot County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 37(c) be and it is hereby added to Article 77 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume), title
"Public Education," subtitle "Chapter 4. County Boards of Educa-
tion," to follow immediately after Section 37(b) thereof, and to read
as follows:
