time of the availability of this appro-
priation SECTION 10 OF SAID
CHAPTER 759 HAVING BEEN
WAIVED BY CHAPTER 334 OF
THE ACTS OF 1969 TO PRO-
VIDE THAT THE TIME WITHIN
WHICH THE CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENTS SET FORTH IN SECTION
5(F)(l)(c) OF SAID CHAPTER 759
