SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2—FISCAL YEAR 1971

AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 146 AND/OR

HOUSE BILL NO. 279

Amendment No. 1

On page 2 of the Supplemental Budget, under the heading Amendment
No. 6, relating to the Department of Chesapeake Bay Affairs, following
the words "Senate Bill 590", in the explanatory language, add the follow-
ing: "and/or House Bill 1151".

Amendment No. 2

On page 94 of the printed bill, under the heading "Board of Public
Works—Capital Appropriation" and under the program "Capital Appro-
priation" and in the line entitled "General Fund Appropriation", strike
out the numerals "9,799,000" and insert in lieu thereof the numerals
"9,866,700" 9,416,700.

To accomplish this amendment, the detailed appropriations for State
Agencies appearing on pages 930 through 935 of the State Budget Book
are amended to read as follows:
