13.07.00.02 General State Scholarships
Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department to eligible institutions
on transmittal from the State Scholarship
Board in accordance with regulations pre-
scribed by said board and the provisions of
Article 77, Section 284G, of the 1957 Anno-
tated Code and the 1969 Cumulative Supple-
ment. This appropriation is contingent
upon the eligible colleges complying with the
provisions of Article 85A of the 1957 Anno-
tated Code.

13.07.00.03 Teacher Education Scholarships
Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department to eligible institutions
on transmittal from the State Scholarship
Board in accordance with regulations pre-
scribed by said board and the provisions of
Article 77, Section 284H of the 1957 Anno-
tated Code and the 1969 Cumulative Supple-
ment. This appropriation is contingent upon
the eligible colleges complying with the pro-
visions of Article 85A of the 1957 Annotated
Code.

To provide scholarships for students of Mary-
land to attend Charlotte Hall School.

13.07.00.05 Legislative Scholarships
Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department to eligible institutions
on transmittal from the State Scholarship
Board in accordance with regulations pre-
scribed by said board and the provisions of
Article 77, Sections 261 through 264 inclu-
sive of the 1957 Annotated Code and the
1969 Cumulative Supplement. This appro-
priation is contingent upon the eligible
colleges complying with the provisions of
Article 85A of the 1957 Annotated Code.
