STATE AIDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

13.04.05.01 Maryland School for the Blind

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department on transmittal from
the State Department of Education, in ac-
cordance with regulations prescribed by said
State Department of Education. Any part of
this appropriation, by consent of both par-
ties, may be used for matching purposes in
the event Federal Funds are available. This
appropriation is contingent upon the school's
complying with the provisions of Article
85A, Section 16 of the 1957 Annotated Code.
