An Act to cancel, rescind and repeal Chapter 3 of the Laws of
Montgomery County 1969, enacted at the January Legislative Session
of 1969, which authorized the issuance of bonds not exceeding
$950,000 for the Bethesda Parking Lot District and providing that
the interest rate payable shall not exceed five percent (5%) per
annum.

Be It Enacted by the County Council for Montgomery County, Maryland,
that—

Section 1. The authority to issue bonds under Chapter 3 of the Laws
of Montgomery County 1969, enacted by the County Council for Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, at its January Legislative Session 1969, be and
the same is hereby canceled, rescinded and repealed.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on the 76th day following its
enactment.

An Act to cancel, rescind and repeal Chapter 4 of the Laws of
Montgomery County 1969, enacted at the January Legislative Session
of 1969, which authorized the issuance of bonds not exceeding
$1,750,000 for the Silver Spring Parking Lot District and providing
that the interest rate payable shall not exceed five percent (5%) per
annum.

Be It Enacted by the County Council for Montgomery County, Maryland,
that—

Section 1. The authority to issue bonds under Chapter 4 of the Laws
of Montgomery County 1969, enacted by the County Council for Mont-
gomery County, Maryland, at its January Legislative Session 1969, be
and the same is hereby canceled, rescinded and repealed.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on the 76th day following its
enactment.
