fessional Engineers and Land Surveyors, dated November, 1963 and re-
corded among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County in Plat Book
32, Page 66.
Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Ordinance
is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety, welfare, and
property and being passed by the affirmative vote of five members of the
County Council, the same shall take effect from the date it becomes law.

An Ordinance to repeal Section 1-215 of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Sub-
title 2, "Personnel", Article II, "Classified Service", as last amended
by Bill No. 11-69 and to enact new Section 1-215 in lieu thereof,
to stand in the place of the section repealed, generally revising the
classes of positions within the classified service, their titles and pay
grades; to add new Sections 1-215.1 and 1.215.2 to said Code, Title,
Subtitle and Article to follow immediately after Section 215 thereof,
as last amended by Bill No. 11-69 clarifying existing standards for
work weeks; to repeal Section 1-216 of said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article and to enact new Section 1-216 in lieu thereof, setting
forth new annual and hourly pay schedules; to add new Section 1-217
(23A) to said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to follow immediately
after Section 1-217 (23) thereof, as amended by Bill No. 7-68, setting
forth qualifications for a Project Administrator; to repeal and re-
enact with amendments, Section 1-217 (38) of said Code, Title, Sub-
title and Article, as amended by Bill No. 7-68, changing the qual-
ifications for a Management Analyst; to repeal Sections 1-217 (49)
and (50) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article and to enact new
Section 1-217 (49) in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the sec-
