(b) Where an applicant already holds a current Master Plumber
or Journeyman Plumber's License in Anne Arundel County, he shall be
issued the corresponding Master Gas Fitter or Journeyman Gas Fitter's
License upon submitting the necessary applications and without payment
of an additional license fee.

The license year for all licenses shall run from May first through
April thirtieth. Any person granted any license pursuant to this subtitle
shall, (unless such license or a renewal thereof has been suspended or
revoked) be granted a renewal without examination provided the applica-
tion for renewal is made prior to May 1st of each year. Any license which
has not been renewed by May 1st may, in the discretion of the Director,
be renewed prior to June 1st upon the payment by the licensee of the
renewal fee plus a delinquency penalty of ten dollars ($10.00). Any
applicant who has not renewed his license prior to June 1st shall proceed
in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-1914 of this Subtitle. In
the case of the Master or Restricted Gas Fitter, the bond shall be submitted
with the renewal application.

Section 12-1918.

(a)    Every licensed gas fitter and apprentice gas fitter shall have in
his possession at all times when engaged in gas fitting work a card to be
furnished by the Department showing that he is the holder of a license
issued pursuant to these regulations and he shall exhibit the same upon
request.

(b)    The license granted to a Master or Restricted Gas Fitter under
this subtitle shall be conspicuously displayed in the office or place of
business of the licensee.

(c)    Every Master or Restricted Gas Fitter shall conspicuously dis-
play on each motor vehicle used in pursuit of his trade, a sign having
dimensions of at least twelve inches by sixteen inches showing the name
of the licensee as it appears on the face of the license and the licensee's
telephone number. A sign used by a Master Plumber satisfies the require-
ments of this subsection.

(d)    A Master or Restricted Gas Fitter shall promptly notify the
Department of any change in the location of his principal place of business,
and shall remove all advertising signs from the premises vacated upon
such removal.

Section 12-1919.

(a) A license may be issued to a firm or corporation under the
following conditions:

(1)    An individual member or employee has met all the qualifications
required by this subtitle.

(2)    The license shall be of the same class for which the individual
is qualified.
