I, Frances A. Davidson, Clerk to the Mayor and Town Council of
Landover Hills, Maryland, do hereby certify that the attached is a true
copy of Charter Amendment 69-2, adopted by the Mayor and Town Council
of Landover Hills, Maryland, on the 20th day of August, 1969, and which
became effective on the 9th day of October, 1969, and that no petition for
referendum was filed within the time required by law.
In testimony whereof, I hereunto subscribe my hand and affix the
Seal of the Mayor and Town Council of Landover Hills, Maryland, this
24th day of October, 1969.

Charter Amendment No. 24
A Resolution to amend the Charter of the Mayor and City Council
of Laurel, Maryland, by adding two new sections, to be known as
Section 49-125 and Section 49-126 of said Charter (being Section
49-Laurel of the 1963 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, Maryland, compiled and edited by Carl N.
Everstine), said new sections to be titled "Capital Improvement Pro-
gram" and "Adoption, Capital Improvement Program" and to follow
immediately after Section 49-124 of said Charter, said new sections
providing that the Mayor and City Council shall have prepared a
Capital Improvement Program and that the City Council shall have
the power to adopt by ordinance or resolution a Capital Improvement
Program for the Town of Laurel.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
LAUREL:
Section 1. That pursuant to the authority of Chapter 423 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its regular session
of 1955, as amended, (being Sections 10 through 18 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, 1957 Edition, as amended), that the Mayor and City Council
of Laurel hereby determine to propose and do propose amendment to and
of the Municipal Charter of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, a
municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, by adding two new sec-
