Whereas, from the provisions of Section 19 (b), of Article 23 (a)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition, as amended, it is man-
datory that the following Resolution be introduced.

Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of
Gaithersburg, that a new section to the Charter of the City of Gaithers-
burg be added. Said new section to be known as Section hh, to provide
for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of the City of Gaithers-
burg, by including the following area, which is added to the City of
Gaithersburg:

Beginning for the same at a point on the south line of Virginia
Drive, the present Corporate Limits of the City of Gaithersburg, Maryland,
said point being also at the Northwest corner of the Presbyterian Church
Site as recorded in Liber 2948 at Folio 151 among the Land Records
of Montgomery County, Maryland, and running thence with the south
line of Virginia Drive and the Corporate Limit lines with bearings referred
to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission meridian.

1.    N 64°58'04" E 241.96 feet, thence

2.    28.16 feet along the arc of a curve to the right with a radius
of 20.00 feet, chord S 74°42'11" E 25.89 feet to the west line of Mary-
land Route #355, thence still with the Corporate Limits Line and crossing
Route #355

3.    N 55°37'34" E 60.00 feet to the east line of said Route #355,
thence with the east line thereof and leaving the aforesaid Corporate
Limits Line

4.    S 34°22'26" E 652.35 feet, thence leaving the east line aforesaid
and running so as to include the Berlin and Barbee Tracts the following
7 courses and distances

5.    N 54°32'02" E 231.80 feet, thence

6.    S 32°37'11" E 188.50 feet, thence

7.    N 53°27'49" E 290.00 feet, thence

8.    S 35°20'36" E 198.16 feet, thence

9.    S 50°59^'14'' W 320.82 feet, thence

10.    S 34°22'26" E 116.17 feet, to the Northwest line of NORTH WEST-
LAND DRIVE as shown on a plat of Section One, WALNUT HILL as
recorded in Plat Book 54, Plat 4267 among said Land Records, thence with
the Northwest line thereof

11.    S 55°37'34" W 149.38 feet to the Northeast line of Route #355,
thence with said line the following 5 courses as shown on the above
mentioned plat

12.    S 34°22'26" E 218.18 feet, thence

13.    365.59 feet along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius
of 1418.16 feet chord S 41°45'33" E 364.58 feet thence

14.    S 49°08'40" E 596.90 feet, thence
