Charter Amendment No. 39

Resolution of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted pursuant
to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended), title "Corporation—Municipal", to amend the
Charter of The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing Section
59, "Same; liability of Commissioners", of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Dorchester County (1961 Edition), said Code being Article
10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester
County" subtitle "Cambridge", repealing said section pertaining to
liability of Commissioners, said section being obsolete.

Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED by The Commissioners of Cambridge
that Section 59 of the Charter of said Municipal Corporation title "Same;
liability of Commissioners" be, and the same is hereby repealed.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall
become effective November 18, 1969.

Charter Amendment No. 40

Resolution of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted pursuant
to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland and

Charter of The Commissioners of Cambridge by repealing Section 60,
"Bailiff, etc., denned", of the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester
County (1961 Edition), said Code being Article 10 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County" subtitle "Cam-
bridge", repealing said section pertaining to the definition of Bailiff,
said section being obsolete.

Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED by The Commissioners of Cambridge
that Section 60 of the Charter of said Municipal Corporation title "Bailiff,
etc., defined" be, and the same is hereby repealed.
